Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: We currently only offer shipping through UPS (smaller items ship via USPS).  For other shipping options and prices, please email us at pokergoods@yahoo.com.  Shipping Charges are a Base Fee of 3.99 + 0.75/lb of the shipment within the continental US,  and a Base Fee of 3.99 + 1.50/lb for Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Canada/Mexico. 

Q: Is international shipping available?
A: At this time we only ship to the US and Canada.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: 1) Online Credit Card Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover through our secure online payment gateway.  
     2) Paypal: We currently accept Paypal and major credit cards via Paypal. Getting a Paypal account is very easy and secure.
     3) Send Payment: We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. All check types must be received by us and funds must clear before the order can be shipped (typically, 15 business days after the check is received). Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer's name and address imprinted on the check front with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. "Temporary" or counter checks are not acceptable.  Payment must be made to Shabha Enterprises LLC.

Q: Is wholesale available?
A: Yes we do wholesale to businesses and individuals. Should you need information about our wholesale prices, please send us an e-mail at pokergoods@yahoo.com or go to our Contact Us page and send us an email on your needs.

Q: What is your Discount Code policy?
A: We are constantly offering great specials and discounts to our customers.  The code can be applied on the 'View Cart' Page and is good on your total purchase price excluding shipping/taxes.  Shipping Discounts are only valid on shipping to continental U.S. 48 States. Q: How do I know when my order has been received?
A: Once your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail from us. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order and it includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records. Order status can also be viewed with the Order tab on our website.

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us. This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected. Order status can also be viewed with the Order tab on our website.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: After you have submitted your order you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must e-mail to our Customer Service at pokergoods@yahoo.com. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within 24-48 hours. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Q: What is your Warranty policy?
A: PokerGoods.com provides a 7-day guarantee on all products. In adddition, many products in our store carry a manufacturer's warranty.  Please contact us at pokergoods@yahoo.com if you have any specific warranty questions.

Q: What is your Refund Policy?
A: If your item is damaged or found to be defective, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at pokergoods@yahoo.com.  We can process refunds for items purchased within 7 days of receipt of item.  For all other types of refund requests, please email us and we will reply with your options.  Refunds will be given via the same method as original payment.  Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Bulk or Wholesale orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  All poker chip returns must be in original sealed packaging.  Tabletops can not be returned once opened from original packaging.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once you receive an e-mail that your order has been shipped, you can login to your account at PokerGoods.com and click on the "Track Order" link on the menu bar or "Check My Order Status" from the menu after you logged in. Email us at pokergoods@yahoo.com if your status hasn't changed in 2-3 days.

Q: Are the product images on your site photographs of the actual merchandise?
A: Yes, all of the product images on PokerGoods.com are images of our actual merchandise.

Q: Are the product images on your site exactly match with the actual merchandise color and size?
We have attempted to accurately depict the colors of the products offered on this site. However, because the color you see is dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be accurate. The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. All photographs of merchandise have been enlarged to show detail. Please see the product descriptions for the actual size of the products.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my online purchase?
A: Since PokerGoods.com is based in Kansas, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in Kansas.

Q: Can I get a catalog of your products?
A: Currently we do not print any catalogs. You can only view the PokerGoods.com products online at our web store.
